SENIOR MINISTRY

The Word of God Church & Ministries Baltimore Seniors’ Ministry is an active, engaged and service-driven group within the church and community. The ministry welcomes men and women age 55 and older to participate in its weekly fellowships and Bible studies. Bible study is held each 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th Tuesday at 11 am in the church banquet hall. On 2nd Tuesdays the seniors meet for a fellowship where they enjoy a special activity together and good food.

Additionally, the ministry sponsors Thanksgiving and Christmas baskets, gifts and toys for senior housing facilities and schools in the Forest Park and Gwynn Oak areas.
